Energy

To develop your full potential, you need to be in full physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. You therefore need the right knowledge to create and maintain health, building ‘from the ground up’, i.e. starting from the physical level and working your way up to the spiritual level.

  • Nourish and regenerate your physical body: sleep, breathing, nutrition.

  • Strengthen the physical vehicle with the right exercises.

  • Detoxify the body with specific foods and practices.

  • Eliminate toxic negative emotions.

  • Connect more deeply with yourself to experience the fullness of life.

Our health.

Health is defined by the WHO (World Health Organisation) as ‘a dynamic state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being, not merely the absence of disease’.

Health, in the view of the WHO and all developed societies, is a fundamental human right. Which means that every society and every state must organise itself to guarantee this right.

Health is also an individual good, before being a collective good. It is the fundamental good: that is, the foundation on which we can create a happy and successful life.

Being an individual and collective good, each individual has the right and also the duty to look after his or her own health. Each of us has the duty to take full responsibility for it and to do so when one is already healthy. If one does it when ill, it may be too late.

We take care of our health when we are well!

Health is, we said, a state of total well-being, involving all dimensions of our being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

The ‘Health & Energy’ training is developed on 4 levels: the first two correspond to the physical level, the third to the emotional and mental level, and the fourth to the spiritual level.

Each level corresponds to a 3-day training.

The complete ‘Energy’ course lasts 12 days.

Energy I – Physical Level I
Breathing, Sleep, Nutrition

If we stop breathing for a few minutes, our body ceases to live. We can only maintain good mental and physical functions if we sleep every night. We can only survive a few days or weeks without eating. Breathing, sleeping and eating are the physical basis of our health.

Energy II – Physical Level II
Exercise, movement, detoxification

Traditional Chinese medicine has three basic health principles based on life energy:

1) Abundance of energy in the body creates health. Scarcity creates disease.

2) Circulation of energy in the body creates health. Stagnation creates disease.

3) Balance of energy in the body creates health. Imbalance creates disease.

Learning the right physical and energetic exercises brings abundance of energy, circulation and balance into the body.

Learning and applying specific physical exercises, which open up parts of our bodies and minds that are sometimes closed, creates new spaces of health and freedom in our lives.

These exercises are regarded as the “Fountain of Youth” of the ancient Taoists and the ancient monks of Tibet, people of known longevity and health.

Doing these exercises consistently enables us to be fit in the present and stay young until the end of our days on earth.

  • speaking to the body in its own language;

  • correct and incorrect body positions;

  • physical exercises: endurance, strength, flexibility, grounding;

  • “secret” areas and movements;

  • comprehensive daily physical exercise program: maximum benefit in the least amount of time;

  • strengthening the delicate points of the body: sacral area, lumbar area, back area, cervical area, soles of the feet;

  • daily habits that cost neither time nor money.

Energy III – Mental and Emotional Level.
Negative and positive emotions, thoughts, beliefs.

When we experience intense negative emotions (fear, trauma, anger, anxiety, depression…), the body often does not know how to handle and process them. What happens, then, is that the body, in unison with the mind, through the physical-psychological process of removal, stores those negative emotions in internal organs and cells; in psychological terms, it crams them into the unconscious.
This mechanism can result, over time, in premature aging, malfunctioning of the internal organs and the whole body, lowered physical, mental, sexual and work performance, and a weakened immune system. All this can, in the worst cases, lead to even serious diseases.

Therefore, it is necessary to:
(a) in the present, release the organs and body from the negative emotions accumulated in the past, so that they do not turn into performance loss or illness;
(b) for the future, deal with the negative emotions that arise from time to time, avoid the mechanism of removal and release the negative emotions we feel in the present so that they do not accumulate in the body for the future.
Level III of the “Health & Energy” course aims to explain these mechanisms in detail and provide practical techniques to achieve the effects of detoxification and emotional release.

Programme:

  • the power of the mind and emotions over the body;

  • “emotion molecules”: how the mind transforms into the physical body;

  • the formula for health;

  • recognizing mental sabotage to health;

  • creating a mental program to support physical health;

  • overcoming psychosomatic issues;

  • releasing negative emotions and clearing internal organs and cells;

  • mental and emotional techniques to generate bodily health.

Energy IV – Spiritual Level
Spirit, awareness, energy

Every spiritual tradition (Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Taoist, Hindu, etc…) originated in history with the purpose of giving people physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social health.
In every tradition, the equation applies: SPIRITUALITY = HEALTH. The supreme state of health, in which the body is perfectly healthy, the mind and emotions are clear and aligned with the spirit, and the spirit is awake and present, in spiritual traditions, is called “Enlightenment”: the state in which the body, mind and spirit are “full of light.”
