Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the ‘technology of success’: it is a set of knowledge and practices that allows you to ‘reprogram’ your mind to achieve the success you desire.

  • Learning how the mind works.

  • Transforming beliefs, emotions, states and behaviour.

  • Learn verbal, paraverbal and body language.

  • Communicate effectively.

The origins of P.N.L.

Neuro-linguistic programming was created in 1975 by Dr. Richiard Bandler, a computer scientist, and Dr. John Grinder, a linguist.

It began with the study of outstanding communicators: hypnotist Milton Erickson, family therapist Virginia Satir, and Gestalt creator Fritz Pearls. These experts had mastered communication so well that their results seemed ‘magical’.

Bandler and Grinder wondered if there was a structure in their behaviour that could be extracted, modelled, replicated, taught and learned. What they found was that those successful communicators used a similar structure among themselves and that the application of that structure (use of a certain language and behaviour) was able to produce ‘magical’ results.

They then published their first book: ‘The Structure of Magic’. With it, P.N.L. was born.

From then on, P.N.L. evolved into a more complex and comprehensive body of knowledge, revolving around 3 areas:

1) Self-knowledge: mind, emotions, behaviour.

2) Personal change.

3) Communication.

P.N.L. is now considered by most to be a science (or by some a quasi-science), as many of its teachings have received scientific proof and validation over the years.

P.N.L. learning.

Learning P.N.L. takes place on three levels:

1) P.N.L. Practitioner

2) P.N.L. Master

3) P.N.L. Advanced Master

Each level is a 15-day course, spread over 5 intensive weekends of 3 days each. A different course modulation can be structured to meet the needs of individuals and companies.

The trainer for all courses will be Alessandro Maturo, who was trained and certified in 2010-2012 as an “N.L.P. Business and Life Trainer” by Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of the N.L.P.

1) P.N.L. Practitioner.

The “P.N.L. Practitioner” course teaches the basics of P.N.L..

The course will be part theory and part practice. Students will be given detailed instructions. Practices will be carried out with the trainer during the course so that students can learn them in the correct way.

Programme:

(i) How we perceive and interpret reality.

ii) How we represent reality in our mind.

iii) Representational systems: visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, gustatory, olfactory, tactile.

The P.N.L. Master course teaches the most advanced knowledge and practices to master P.N.L., building on the already acquired knowledge of the P.N.L. Practitioner.

The course will be part theory and part practice. Students will be given detailed instructions. Practices will be carried out with the trainer during the course, so that students can learn them in the correct way. Students, who are already P.N.L. practitioners, will deepen their knowledge of the discipline and its practice.

The special aim of the Advanced Master course is to enable people to help others with P.N.L.. Therefore, special emphasis will be given to the details of each practice, which will be explained in great depth and repeated several times with feedback, so that the student can master it and also help other people with it.
